Reporting to the Senior Director Client Success, this is a support role within the Client Success team, which delivers on all aspects of commercial programs (media, custom solutions, content marketing and custom video.) The Client Success Media Coordinator will take ownership of individual media campaigns across a number of sales verticals. Job Summary & Purpose Reporting to the Senior Director Client Success, you will assist Client Success Managers and Directors with the coordination and execution of media campaigns which includes managing campaign setup, campaign optimization and end of campaign reporting. You will play a key role in driving client satisfaction that leads to account renewals and growth.
