Georgia Tech Athletics is looking for an Assistant Director of Digital Strategy to lead and supervise staff, initiatives, projects and activities related to executing digital strategy goals. This position will manage development and integration of digital marketing technologies and strategies. These include but are not limited to CRM, automation, websites, content, social media, applications, email, mobile and digital communications in support of delivering an engaging and valuable digital experience to drive customer behavior against key performance indicators. This position will create and manage unit digital strategy plans and performance in collaboration with marketing teams, leadership and campus stakeholders. This position will apply knowledge of digital communication and marketing principles to create strategically-focused campaigns that link goals, audiences, content, channels, and evaluation. They will establish, monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators and metrics associated with digital strategy goals. This position will interact on a regular basis with Marketing, Communications and IT unit teams, unit leadership, faculty, staff, GT Information Technology and the Institute Communications teams.This position typically will advise and counsel unit leadership. This position will supervise assigned staff.
