Your goal is to help reshape the digital and video ad marketplace and transform us into an advertising giant. You’ll mine big data to fuel your thinking about where we head next. Then with that long-term vision and a roadmap, you will identify new advertising products and make plans to bring them to market. You’ll lead the Advertising Product Team to deliver the best advertising products to enable them to reach the right audiences with the right content on the right platforms at the right time for optimal impact.
Crafting the advertising product vision, set goals, and drive for outcomes.
Harnessing the power of our Big Data to identify the best ways to target consumers or business customers for our advertisers.
Building roadmaps for specific industries and platforms.
Developing product specifications and prioritizing features.
Managing each advertising product’s lifecycle from inception to conclusion.
This Product Manager position is responsible for developing 5G network slice products and solutions for business customers. The Product Manager will be part of a cross functional team responsible for defining the strategy, requirements, roadmap, and commercial model of 5G network products and solutions incorporating network slicing.
This role includes capturing customer and market requirements to develop end-to-end network slice-based 5G network solutions and working with partners and a cross-functional team to launch and manage 5G products/solutions centered around network slicing. Develop product strategy, business cases, establish go-to-market models, identify appropriate markets/channels, and lead overall product management efforts. The Product Manager will articulate requirements for Enterprise, Government and SMB customers, drive those requirements through agile product development processes, support commercial releases in collaboration with the business unit, and provide post-launch support. The position may also include third party contract negotiation and vendor management. Evolve and implement 5G strategy for B2B. Work in collaboration with LOB/Sales on identifying other 5G opportunities and vertical markets.
A qualified candidate should have experience with developing, managing and marketing wireless products and services though the agile product development process. They will have a track record working with Enterprise, Government and SMB customers that utilize private and public wireless services. Broad knowledge, curiosity, and a considered point of view on radio as well as network core for 5G including network evolution in the Enterprise, SMB and public sector spaces is desired. Previous experience with enterprise customers around wireless products and cloud solutions for enterprises will be a plus.
Engage with customers, sales teams, finance, marketing, technical teams, and other stakeholders to define the requirements and roadmap.
Translate customer requirements into product requirements, advocating best practices for 5G network, coverage and capacity solutions.
Drive new development initiatives from project initiation through launch including managing the product development launch process.
Own the business execution plan for assigned products and solutions, collaborating with business unit marketing and other teams for delivery of associated revenue and profitability goals.
Identifying ongoing opportunities for operational efficiencies to ensure customer satisfaction, continued revenue growth and increased market share.
Communicate product vision and strategies to varied audiences, including executives and cross functional teams.
Provide subject matter expertise in 5G vendor ecosystem and use it in key product definitions where applicable.
Lead the cross functional product team on Product Plan development, product requirements, customer POCs, customer trials, & use cases for 5G working with cross-functional teams across Network planning, IT, sales, marketing & other teams.

Six or more years of relevant work experience.
Digital advertising experience including online and mobile platforms.
Product management experience.

Knowledge of real-time bidding (RTB) platforms plus online and mobile ecosystems, like DSPs, ad exchanges, ad networks, SSPs, SEM, and other components.
Familiarity with big-data systems and machine learning.
Agile development experience.
Managed relationships with advertisers.
Demonstrated strategic thinking, problem solving, and interpersonal skills.

Strong strategic skills, with the ability to identify and assess key points, implications and recommendations; proven ability to structure business case around a high-level strategic vision
Ability to articulate customer needs internally so they can be translated into a finished product.
Strong project management skills to execute on roadmap, moving a project from inception to completion.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with advanced presentation skills including demonstrated experience with executive level customer presentations.
Critical thinking skills and experience synthetizing and prioritizing multiple projects at a time.
The ability to work on a team and independently on multiple high priority projects.
Proven interpersonal skills, plus proven relationship building abilities.
