Work you' II do
The senior EM bridges the digital experience, and capabilities of the studios with the marketing strategy and operations capabilities of Deloitte Digital. The EM will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and growing client relationships, as well as scoping and leading digital projects (design and implementation of digital solutions). The ideal candidate is a polished communicator and team builder, experienced in bringing together diverse skillsets to identify and solve client business problems spanning the digital, advertising and marketing strategic spectrum. The role will work alongside national studio and consulting craft leads and report into the studio Managing Director. In this role the candidate will also:
â¢ Develop and maintain strong working relationships with studio, consulting and client counterparts, breaking new ground in integrating and selling our studio capabilities
â¢ Know our studio capabilities intimately and be an effective spokesperson for advocating their use with existing client account teams
â¢ Lead new engagement planning, scoping and staffing; mobilize and manage integrated teams, define the structure and content of deliverables, facilitate client buy-in of solutions, lead delivery and manage engagement quality, economics and risk
â¢ Develop practical solutions, methodologies and 'point-of-view' documents for the studios integrated capabilities. Participate in internal and public speaking events to promote Deloitte Digital and the studios
â¢ Act as a mentor and leader for nurturing junior team members, provide input and guidance in staffing and recruitment, provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in your local office
â¢ Contribute to the studio's growth and development through your daily internal and client activities
â¢ 7+ years of relevant consulting, agency or industry experience in mobile, user experience, digital and/or ecommerce
â¢ Minimum 5 years of experience managing digital experience and technology engagements
â¢ Experience leading a team of direct reports
â¢ Experienced in running new business pursuits, including crafting the overall narrative, detailed proposal, firm economics as well as oral and written communications
â¢ A calm, rational, balanced management style, good problem-solving abilities, a polished communicator with good instincts
â¢ Ability to thrive in a highly matrixed, national organization
â¢ Bachelor's degree
â¢ Fully integrated experience a plus, including brand strategy, creative development, digital and advertising production. Marketing operations (budgeting, media planning, annual brand planning) preferred
â¢ Ability to travel up to 30%
â¢ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
