We are looking for a Lead Specialist to join the Deloitte Insights audience development team, within Research and Insights. The main role of this professional will be to assist the Deloitte Insights audience engagement and growth leader with the execution of a multi-channel content deployment strategy for Deloitte Insights publications.
Deloitte Insights is Deloitte's publishing imprint for business research and insights. It publishes 300+ reports and periodicals annually, including print, online, interactive, infographics, podcasts, and videos intended to inform Deloitte clients and prospective clients on business issues across industries/sectors.
Candidate should have a demonstrated track record of leveraging innovative techniques to create impactful campaigns and programs. Candidate should be well versed in a variety of digital marketing tactics, including paid media campaigns, and have experience developing personalization experiences across digital channels. The ability to quickly understand how to access resources across the firm to enhance execution and expand our impact is also critical (Strategic Marketers; Account/Program Managers; Creative; Strategy, Analytics & Insights; authors; Research & Insights Centers; Communications; Deloitte Insights designers and editors; etc.).
Work You'll Do:
The audience development team is responsible for using audience data and insights to actively grow the Deloitte Insights target audience and increase engagement among targets. Your responsibilities will include:
Work with the Deloitte Insights audience development lead and team to implement engagement and growth strategies aimed at our target audiences using data-informed insights
Draw insights from reporting data to help inform marketing strategies and tactics
Participate in design, execution and monitoring of external and internal email publications newsletters and alerts, organic social media campaigns, Deloitte's Ambassador Program, Deloitte Insights App for iOS and Android, and promotion of physical publications.
Help manage a full suite of advertising campaigns, including Google AdWords, paid social media, and digital advertising with third party outlets (SmartBriefs, Dow Jones/WSJ, etc.), working with the Green Dot Agency and other vendors to execute campaigns aimed at audience growth. Monitor results and provide recommendations for improving campaign performance.
Work with team members on personalization, testing, and client targeting efforts using insights data to help tailor and target the Deloitte Insights experience for visitors across all marketing channels.
Serve as Deloitte Insights representative on extended marketing teams with Strategic Marketers and Account Managers for assigned sectors, businesses, and signature themes.
Work with marketing colleagues globally to further promotion of Deloitte Insights content.
Qualifications include the following:
4-year college degree, preferably in marketing/communications or other related discipline
4 - 5 years of prior relevant experience in digital content marketing and data analysis
Experience overseeing and managing digital advertising campaigns
Excellent editing, writing and oral communication skills (American English); familiarity with American-style business writing; ability to adapt content to different forms
Strong content marketing writer, capable of creating taglines, memorable headlines, and teasers
High proficiency with MS Office Suite including Excel (executing VlookUps, Macros, etc.), Word and PowerPoint
Experience with basic HTML a bonus
Professional client service manner and ability to interact with all levels of leadership
Energetic, enthusiastic, and proactive
Detail-oriented, with excellent project management and follow-through skills
Team-oriented individual with proven ability to manage multiple projects at once
Cultural awareness and experience working with non-US-based colleagues
Demonstrated ability to take initiative, solve problems, and work under tight deadlines
Experience working remotely with a national team is a plus

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Colorado, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to the State of Colorado and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and delivery model. We would not anticipate that the individual hired into this role would land at or near the top end of the range, but such a decision will be dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the range is $71,425-$131,545.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
