Definition TMRW Digital Group's Digital Analytics Tagging & Tracking Strategy Plan.
Ownership and responsibility for defining and monitoring adoption of formalized digital analytics processes.
Stakeholder relationship management, including Local Market Marketing and Technical Teams, Platform Vendors (Google, Adobe & AppsFlyer etc) & Media Agencies
Analyze of new features and content performance and liaise with Product owners and Group Technology to define and implement Digital Analytics requirements.
Understanding of the digital media landscape and Social Media including Facebook, Google and Line preferable.
The ability to interpret Digital Analytics Data, clearly communicate appropriate insights and offer recommendations including media optimization and in-app and website user experiences.
Create Centralized Documentation - document processes and maintain specifications in a centralized location such as Confluence
Help build & maintain Dashboards & reports for various internal stakeholders, Marketing, Customer Service and Onboarding Teams.
Produce a variety of custom reports to support group marketing teams, regional teams, executive leadership
Effectively communicate findings with actionable recommendations to business leaders verbally and in presentations
Motivated, proactive, creative problem solver not afraid to challenge conventions and help drive positive business change.
Responsibility for keeping the organization up to date on the latest Digital Analytics innovations and champion best practice across UOB.
Clear understanding, role and operation of Adobe Web analytics, Google Analytics (Firebase) and AppsFlyer with a business.
Strong understanding of digital advertising (display, mobile, e-mail, video and social media
Strong understanding of digital platform development and operation (Apps & Websites).
Knowledge of (Waterfall) Agile / Scrum methodologies preferred.
5+ years of relevant work experience performing digital analytics in marketing sciences capacity at a media agency, market research, consulting or client side research role
Experience in Digital Retail Banking and App-development obviously an advantage.
Expert in using the Microsoft Office suite with advanced Excel skills essential
Experience or Skills in SQL and other Data Analytics languages and tools also beneficial
Knowledge of web measurement technologies: Website analytics software (e.g. Adobe, Google Analytics and AppsFlyer)
Knowledge and experience in CRM & Marketing Automation platforms, particularly Adobe Campaign a key advantage.
Digital media experience with familiarity with web publishing, digital media and related technology integration.
Strong appreciation for web design, branding, digital marketing, user experience, information architecture
Solid understanding of digital channels, trends and user behaviors.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to build and maintain good rapport with internal and external customers communicating ideas and concepts with an end result of increased sales and profitability while handling situations with confidence, tact and resourcefulness
Flexible, adaptable with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
