Department Summary Future’s US Commercial team is seeking a Sales Development Manager to join a thriving team of sales-minded marketing professionals. The Sales Development team serves as the primary contact for the Future sales teams, responsible for both the pre-sale ideation, packaging and collateral development of all custom campaigns, generating, analyzing, and communicating proposals (in Online Display Media and Creative Solution programs) to the sales organization for presentation to Advertising Agencies and/or clients. The team also supports the development of new revenue-generating advertising and experiential products by creating proactive sales packages, insights, media kits, and case studies. The Sales Dev team supports the sales process through deadline management and research from pitch stage to sold programs. Team Members will work closely with Sales and Marketing Departments and all media platforms for sales opportunities. Job Summary & Purpose This is a position within the Commercial team's Sales Dev division for an experienced Marketer. You will be responsible for supporting sales with a thorough understanding of Future’s key verticals, brands, and events. You will work closely with the Sales team to lead the division’s commercial success by balancing Revenue, Performance, and Brand Equity. You will oversee planning of media campaigns, assist in creative solutions programs for our clients, and support Sales to generate responses to client proposals. You will be a dynamic, but thoughtful innovator who solves brand challenges through creative use of Future PLC’s advertising solutions. We are looking for someone capable of developing tailored custom advertising solutions for both agencies and brand-direct clients, as well as the individual creation of proactive sales collateral. Collaboration is key in this role as you partner closely with various internal teams across the business to develop revenue-driving ideas, solutions and collateral in support of the sales team. Additionally, this role requires an insights driven approach and will collaborate with our Trade Marketing, Editorial, Planning, and Intelligence leadership to position our data and insights in an inspiring and powerful way.
