o Direct all efforts related to marketing automation and customer relationship marketing platforms
o Organize, lead and implement all marketing automaton and CRM initiatives with clients
o Provide a client-facing, consultative role – assessing client needs and capabilities – to identify the best marketing automaton and CRM platforms and the path for implementing them
o Ability to sell-in incremental digital projects related to marketing automation, CRM and other digital opportunities
o Develop and manage scopes-of-work for clients for marketing automation and CRM initiatives meeting established timelines and budget parameters
o Possess a macro understanding of the digital ecosystem and how marketing automaton and CRM activities can impact demand generation and overall digital marketing performance

Actively pursue organic client growth with current clients seeking opportunities to grow and improve all marketing automation, emarketing, CRM and other digital activities and performance
In-depth knowledge of all the main marketing automation platforms like Pardot, Eloqua, Sharpspring
In-depth knowledge of all the primary CRM platforms including Salesforce and ZOHO
3-5+ years-experience directly working with digital marketing tools, with a specific emphasis on marketing automation and CRM platforms
Knowledge of overall best practices for marketing automation and CRM development
Self-starter, experience in selling in marketing automation and CRM initiatives, as well as managing the overall process from assessment to implementation
Ability to work closely with clients, as a consultative salesperson, project manager, educator and advocate for the power of a strong digital marketing ecosystem, centered around a robust marketing automation and CRM capability
Desire to be an ambassador for marketing automation and CRM performance as a key digital ecosystem component - providing both clients and team members with ideas and process for making this discipline continually stronger
Experience with SEO best practices and developing SEO analyses
Working knowledge of paid digital advertising, including paid search and paid social
Experience with UX best practices and digital journeys
Strong familiarity with Google Analytics
eCommerce experience is a plus
