Responsible to support the Athletic department’s digital marketing and promotional efforts through the creation of videos, graphic and creative content for the Athletics department.
Nine (9) month position with possible renewal based on performance and identified funding.
Plans and creates high-quality, original video, graphic and digital content to be used for in-arena video boards, social media and print marketing collateral.
In collaboration with the Assistant Director of Athletics for Marketing & Community Engagement and Marketing Manager, design and implement a digital content strategy to align with organizational priorities and goals.
Create/post social media content as needed for designated sports.
Coordinate with Athletics Marketing team to create and maintain in-game videoboard and digital content.
Maintain the Pacific Athletics brand standards across production platforms.
Take an active role with student marketing by creating and developing new ways to reach students via digital advertising and promotions.
Assists in the development of grassroots outreach initiatives designed to build awareness of programs and drive ticket sales.
One (1) year of video editing experience or a combination of training and relevant experience.
Familiarity with social media outlets, basic understanding of marketing techniques.
Basic proficiency with MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and related software used in production of marketing materials.
Bachelor’s Degree, preferably related to marketing, sports management or related field.
Two (2) years of video editing experience or a combination of training and relevant experience a plus.
