Responsible for order entry including submission of art files to vendors as well as following up on proofs and shipments. Inputs vendor invoice information and shipping charges and generates invoices to customers. This is all performed using proprietary software.
Maintains job logs for sales staff of three and meets daily with two of them to review job status and any samples and research needed. Receives orders not shipped directly to customers and ships orders as needed as well as coordinating courier runs. Maintains and develops customer websites as needed and coordinates the production of items from those websites.
Determines best vendors for printing and promotional products. Provides research on vendors and for projects as needed.
The Customer Service portion consists of preparing and sending quotes, scheduling appointments with vendors, discussing customer needs, answering the phone and providing information related to customer jobs and invoices.
Minimum of five years operations/customer service experience in printing or promotional products and preferably both. Must be computer literate and competent in the use of Excel, Word, and Outlook. Knowledge of managing/manipulating art files required.
Additional Salary Information: Depending upon experience and qualifications.
