The Interactive Advertising Bureau’s Technology Laboratory (IAB Tech Lab) is seeking a full time Member Services Coordinator. The Coordinator is charged with being an organizational hub within the Tech Lab, helping run Tech Lab events, upkeep of the team’s data touchpoints, and coordinating with the rest of the IAB to keep other departments abreast of Tech Lab initiatives. Candidates must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple responsibilities and deadlines with a willingness to help inter-departmentally as the staff grows and responsibilities evolve. This role reports into the Manager, Member Services of the IAB Tech Lab and assists in other member services based ad hoc projects as needed within other systems that support the IAB Tech Lab.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Assist membership/sales teams in:
Responding to inbound sales email inquiries
Responding to member email inquiries regarding work group participation/updates/changes
Replying to emails regarding IAB Tech Lab Tools inquires with correct templated responses
Creating the appropriate type of sales opportunities for email inquiries in the system, ensuring correct pricing and staging ratios applied in database
Communicate with members one-on-one and through mass communications using Outlook (on PC), email marketing tools (Marketo), phone, and networking opportunities as a rep of the IAB Tech Lab.
Assist membership/sales teams with data processing of:
Capturing contact information from inbound email inquires
Supports team with data entry related to tracking events
Creating event shells
Inputting attendance/registration/speakers/other event info as needed
Day of event help: creating name badges, registration, event email inquiry
Supports Data integrity by
Performing data entry and maintenance to accounts and contacts in the CRM (a Salesforce-based platform) and identify improvements to this workflow as data points collected change and increase with the ever-evolving Tech Lab Member base
Requirements and qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree with minimum 2 years of work experience
CRM database processing and sales funnel tracking
Excellent at multitasking and extremely well organized
Outstanding written communication skills, experience communicating with customers in writing
Proficient in Outlook, Excel, WebEx, Google Docs, Salesforce
