The Boys’ Latin School of Maryland, the oldest, nonsectarian K -12 school for boys in Maryland is seeking applicants for Assistant Director of Marketing and Communications. The Assistant Director will be responsible for executing tactics that support Boys’ Latin’s marketing and communication strategies – including social media, print and digital advertising, website content, collateral materials, photography, videography, event support, and special projects.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field and two or more years’ experience in a similar role. The Assistant Director must have excellent writing skills, and be able to craft engaging and substantive content targeting prospective families, donors, alumni, and parents.
The Assistant Director must also be well-versed in social media strategies and channels including, but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Experience with photography and digital media, videography skills, and knowledge of content management systems, specifically Blackbaud, will all be highly valued.
