Liquidus is looking for a self-starter who possesses a strong digital marketing background to serve as a Manager, Media Services- Shopper. This person should have programmatic media buying and team management experience. (S)he will be responsible for managing high priority campaigns, providing strategy and support for all retail & CPG accounts, and identifying opportunities for departmental growth. The Manager, Media Services- Shopper is versed in Rich Media ad tech, a process expert, can properly execute campaigns in a timely and analytical manner and is a confident team leader.
Provide thought leadership & direction for media strategy, campaign execution, optimizations and analysis
Research and serve as a resident expert on all aspects of digital marketing
Lead the charge from a media perspective on our in-house ad tech “Bennerlink”
Maintain a professional and positive attitude; Lead by example to ensure the team feels confident and knowledgeable in our products and services
Manage the day to day of direct reports; Ensure proper account assignments and allocation of resources.
Assist in implementing efficient and effective policies specific to Media Provide input, as needed, for product improvements/development
Be the technical expert voice on vendor & client calls
Trafficking and executing programmatic display, video & social campaigns utilizing multiple DSPs
Ensure all campaigns are built, launched and optimized accordingly to Liquidus standards
Strategize for campaign performance and optimize to achieve client objectives
Proactively work with account leads to provide mid & post campaign analysis giving insight and guidance on performance and recommendations for optimization as well as highlighting trends to develop best practices
Test and evaluate media tools, opportunities and features to improve company offerings
Contribute to team member trainings
Provide Media support to AM and Sales Managers
Take part in quality assurance on all aspects of media operations
Excellent Microsoft Office skills
5+ years experience in programmatic display, video & social; PPC experience is a plus
At least 1 year of direct management experience
Strong ability to analyze data, infer conclusions and provide actionable insights
Detail-oriented with strong time management and technical skills
Has a solid understanding of the digital media space
