The IAB Research & Video Center of Excellence is seeking a coordinator who will serve as internal point person working with leadership and staff, managing internal and external projects while ensuring effective communications across IAB (including the Mobile and Data centers and IAB’s Tech Lab). The person in this position will sit in on Committee, Working Group, Task Force, and Board meetings, thereby having a unique opportunity to learn about the research process, digital video content, media and advertising. This pivotal role helps to ensure these two team’s successes through operation and administrative support. The ideal candidate is reliable, flexible, and proactive with a strong work ethic and collaborative entrepreneurial spirit.
Responsibilities (include, but may not be limited to):
Day to-day coordination, planning and support of a robust calendar of events and meetings, synchronizing timing, logistics and CRM support for these events with other administrative and facilities teams, including:
Point-of-Contact for all logistics related inquiries from vendors and members
Work in tandem with the center’s business operations lead coordinating on projects including content submission for the quarterly newsletter.
Provide marketing support such as on-site photo/video documentation, social media promotion.
Create, manage, maintain an organized system for tracking, monitoring, and prioritizing tasks and projects through: (1) project pipeline management, (2) KPI tracking of member engagement, and (3) CRM and data integrity management. This activity requires extensive collaboration with multiple internal parties and handling of sensitive and confidential information.
Proofread copy for IAB’s various web materials, outbound communications and newsletters.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s Degree with 1-2 years of digital advertising experience in a support capacity, junior project management or coordinator role
Major in Marketing, Advertising or Communications preferred
Video editing experience a plus
Excellent project management skills (experience with web-based project management tools a plus)
Strong content marketing, copy editing and social media skills
Ability to multi-task and work in a team environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and SalesForce.com
Outgoing, passionate individual with a desire to learn
