The Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB) is a member supported organization that empowers the media and marketing industries to thrive in the digital economy. Core responsibilities are collections, accounts receivable management, and data integrity. The role will act as a liaison with department heads and Finance to ensure collections procedures are in place, CRM financial and member data integrity. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented organized self-starter with 3-5 years of work experience to gain a deeper understanding of the digital marketing/media world with outreach to members and key departments within the organization.
Manage the collection and A/R processes from initial outreach to the escalation of deficient accounts to the appropriate internal owner. Coordinate communication with members by working with all department heads.
Manage aging reports to track collections progress and develop reports for Vice President, Finance detailing lost members, collections trends, Yr on Yr analysis.
Develop strategic automation with the Operations team to maximize process efficiencies.
Manage firstname.lastname@example.org mailbox. Taking the lead to escalate all dues cancellation messages to the appropriate team member, follow up with actions deemed by dept heads, managing members expectations and being the initial point of contact for them.
Manage all other member requests that come into the mailbox.
Manage contact detail changes requested from members.
Work with Operations team to identify and mass-fix duplicate records, with manual cleanup as needed
Prioritizing the accuracy of key contacts for a specific set of accounts
Identifying and correcting data hygiene issues that affect public rosters (capitalization, spelling errors, incorrect email formats)
Manage taxonomy, naming conventions and item creation within CRM
Manage ongoing cleanup of inactive data in CRM
Manage data ownership matrix and report out to the organization on a regular basis
Version Master for CRM SOP’s an communication to the organization.
Technical or Finance degree
3-5 years of relevant work experience
SalesForce, Microsoft Office Suite, QuickBooks, Tableau, PayPal, Stripe
Strong communication and presentation skills
Big data analysis experience
Detail oriented self-starter
