Department: FCOB GPO - Admin Summary of Duties: The Ohio State University Max M. Fisher College of Business seeks a richly diverse staff spanning all genders, races, ethnicities, sexual orientations, religions, cultures and nationalities. Directs the graduate recruiting, admissions and retention strategy, and staff coordinating efforts for the following Fisher College of Business graduate programs: Full-Time MBA, Working Professional MBA, Master of Accounting, Master of Human Resource Management, and Specialized Master of Business Finance; collaborates with the recruiting teams. Develops and implements compelling, consistent, and clear messaging, tactics and strategies that encourage those interested in Fisher graduate programs to apply and enroll; directs the production of print collateral, web content, email outreach, and social media content to support recruiting and admissions objectives; responsible for the leadership of presentation development, event management, and current student communications as needed; manages the maintenance of the recruiting CRM system and recruiting outreach plans; performs on-going analysis and evaluation of recruiting outreach initiatives and digital media effectiveness; leads a team of recruiting, marketing, and operations professionals to achieve college enrollment goals; facilitates collaborative working sessions with academic directors to identify and prioritize key selling messages, resulting in more targeted and compelling communications to prospects; manages the development of content strategy for program websites, social media, emails, print and digital advertising, brochures, and sales presentations; directs the strategic planning process to identify and develop recruiting plans and marketing communications that attract prospective students; analyzes recruiting strategy and creates targeted strategies; manages the recruiting budget and the awarding of scholarships, fellowships, and assistantships; weekend and evening hours may be required, as well as domestic and international travel. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, higher-education, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience; experience in recruiting preferably in the academic arena. Desired Qualifications: Master’s degree in business, higher education or related field; five to seven years admissions, human resources, or related experience; strong interpersonal and platform experience skills; excellent organizational, time management, decision making, and customer service skills; comfort with a team-based work environment; experience working as a liaison with faculty; experience with event planning and coordination; experience working with international students and knowledge of international student needs; knowledge of Microsoft Office.
