The IAB is seeking an Intern to assist the Learning and Certification team during the Fall 2017 season. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, confident, energetic, positive, focused, dependable, proactive, independent, resourceful, creative, team player and possesses a "can do" attitude.
The Intern, Learning & Certification, is a temporary position for around 10 weeks (~October-December 2017). IAB interns are paid an hourly rate of $11/hour. The preferred candidate will be available to work up to 40 hours per week, but qualified candidates who can only work part-time may be considered.
Responsibilities (include, but may not be limited to):
Assist with troubleshooting application and testing questions/issues
Work with Director, Certification Ops on creating SOPs
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to document and implement solutions that drive continual process improvements (updated processes, defining automation opportunities, improving measures and accountability)
Assist with the development of customer service protocols for certification programs
Work with Certification Coordinator on developing reporting and creating data visualizations
Assist with the maintenance and reorganization of Certification and accreditation documentation
Update records in CRM
Analyze reporting on IAB Recertification programs to management
Desired skills and experience include:
Ability to clearly communicate thoughts and ideas in both oral and written formats
Self-motivated and ability to prioritize and handle tasks with some supervision or questions in a fast paced environment
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Preferred experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
