The IAB is seeking a part-time Fall Intern to assist the Investment & Relations team. Core responsibilities include assistance with data entry and integrity to ensure member rosters in CRM database are accurate and up to date. Candidates for this position should be detail-oriented, and preferably have data entry or CRM experience, as well as a basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
The Fall Intern is a temporary position for around 10 weeks (~October-December 2017). IAB interns are paid an hourly rate of $11/hour. The preferred candidate will be available to work approximately 15-20 hours per week.
Uploading "Member Grid" Excel contact rosters into CRM, including changes to company contact information, employee rosters, adding and removing members from committee and council rosters
Referencing LinkedIn to ensure employment status and/or changes
Assisting with entering raw data (member company committee/council roster information) into member engagement PowerPoints on as-needed basis
Merging duplicate contacts in CRM
Assistance with additional contact updates in Salesforce on an as-needed basis (Company/Contact Changes, additions to Committee/Council rosters)
Additional administrative duties as needed - working with the Operations team to run reports, analyzing Excel data, etc.
